Any new plumbing or electrical work will need to be subcontracted to a licensed bonded plumber or electrician.

We don't do any work that involves removal of lead or asbestos. If you would like us to perform a job, the asbestos and lead will need to be removed by a hasmad team. This is for the safety and health of your family and ours. Removal is typically not a problem, it is the airbourne dust that is difficult to contain and is hazardous to your health. However, we can do a lead test for you.
